Intake: bagel peanut butter, big chocolate cupcake the size of a muffin (yikes!) with icing and sprinkles, half an egg salad sandwich, half a chinese shrimp salad, an apple, spot of rice, tomato beef, left over tri-tip, japanese seaweed.

Intake: half a blueberry bagel with peanut butter, two packs of LinkedIn sushi, mini snickers, mini dark chocolate hershey, normal sized peanut butter cup, a few slices of tri-tip, small scoop of rice, 4 clams, a handful of greens, small small piece of apple tartin
Exercise: 20 min pilates, 10 min abs, 10 min arms, 25 min walk during lunch, 30 min walk after dinner
