Intake: bagel peanut butter, big chocolate cupcake the size of a muffin (yikes!) with icing and sprinkles, half an egg salad sandwich, half a chinese shrimp salad, an apple, spot of rice, tomato beef, left over tri-tip, japanese seaweed.
Exercise: Pilates, 45 min walk with Snapple
